3. User Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • Business entities must be represented by an authorized individual with legal authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

3.2 Account Creation and Maintenance

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • The Company reserves the right to verify any provided information, including business licenses, registration documents, and tax identification numbers.

  • Users agree to promptly update their account details if there are any changes to the provided information.

5. Products, Orders & Transactions

5.1 Product Listings

  • The Company ensures that product descriptions and pricing are accurate and up to date.

  • However, occasional errors may occur, and the Company reserves the right to correct inaccuracies.

5.2 Order Acceptance

  • All orders placed through the Platform are subject to verification and approval.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to:
